Are you passionate about music and ministry? We are seeking a Music Director to lead our church’s music program!

Position Overview:

  • Lead one weekday rehearsal with the choir

  • Lead a pre-service rehearsal on Sunday mornings

  • Play and direct music during Sunday worship

  • Select music for services, incorporating both traditional hymns and contemporary songs

We are looking for someone who is musically gifted, organized, and excited to help enhance our worship experience through music.

Meet the pastor.

Quincie J. Yamin is the senior pastor at the First United Methodist Church of Voorheesville. She graduated from Duke University with a Master of Divinity. Though she is originally from Louisiana, she is a proud resident of Voorheesville as of the summer 2021. Quincie and her husband, Mathew, have just welcomed their brand new baby girl, Charlotte, who was born in early April of this year.
